No guarantee of approval or timing

Payers, government programs, licensing boards, hospitals and other third parties control their requirements, processing and decisions. The Credentialing Collective does not guarantee network participation, enrollment approval, effective dates, reimbursement or processing timelines.

Engagements

Services, responsibilities, fees and deliverables are governed by a separate written agreement. Emailing an inquiry or using this website does not by itself establish an engagement.

Accuracy

Credentialing requirements change. Reasonable efforts are made to provide useful information, but visitors should verify requirements applicable to their specific payer, provider, entity and location.
